As reported earlier, the meeting of PJSC Ukrnafta Supervisory Board scheduled for 22 June 2016 did not take place. The discussion items of this intended Supervisory Board meeting included approving the Agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, as well as approving the ballots’ form and text for voting at the Meeting. Therefore, all organizational measures necessary for preparing a general assembly of shareholders, as prescribed by Ukrainian legislation, can not be completed by set date due to time constraints.

In these circumstances, Ukrnafta announces that General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 07 July 2016 will not take place.
