Next meeting of the Supervisory Board of Ukrnafta is scheduled for June 22, 2016. Board Members will continue to discuss details of the company’s financial recovery procedure and out-of-court sanation process.

The agenda also includes issues related to General meeting of shareholders, as well as agreement of the main requirements and criteria to select the auditor that would perform the specialized company review.

During the previous meeting the Supervisory Board moved to begin company’s financial recovery procedure. The final decision will be made at the General meeting of Ukrnafta shareholders scheduled to take place on July 7, 2016.
