Preparations for the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrnafta are in progress. 
Today Mark Rollìns had a meetings with the head of the Supervisory Board of Ukrnafta Andriy Kobolev and discussed with him the issues related to the preparation of information materials on the agenda of the meeting, which will be held on June 7, as well as the issues that will be considered at the General meeting of shareholders planned for July 7.

 

The problems related to the possible implementation of the financial recovery procedures of PJSC Ukrnafta and the possible way of tax debts repayment, were  discussed during the meeting with the Head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasìrov. It was a constructive and frank dialogue, aimed at finding ways of solving the financial problems of the largest Ukrainian oil company. 

The meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrnafta is scheduled on June 7 have to approve the draft of the agenda of the Annual General meeting of shareholders, as well as to discuss the consolidated Ukrnafta’s financial results for the year 2015 according to IFRS and «PricewaterhouseCoopers (Audit)» report. It is planned to discuss basic requirements and criteria for the selection of an auditor for potential special checks on some aspects of the Company’s past operations.
