In a collaborative effort with the Come Back Alive Foundation, Ukrnafta PJSC has funded the purchase of 79 pickup trucks for the newly established anti-aircraft machine gun battalions. The total investment for these vehicles is nearly UAH 71 million.
Mobile firing units form a crucial component of Ukraine’s air defense system. They require robust, swift, and maneuverable vehicles to swiftly execute their missions and safeguard peaceful towns and villages from aerial enemy attacks.
Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA, emphasized on Facebook, “It’s vital that we equip our units with new, reliable equipment that will serve for a long time without significant breakdowns. These 79 pickup trucks are part of our comprehensive support for the aforementioned units.”
The new vehicles will bolster the capabilities of anti-aircraft machine gun battalions in Sumy, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, and Chernihiv.
Ukrnafta reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
