On January 23, 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted PJSC "Ukrnafta" permit to acquire a 51% stake in Alliance Holding LLC (which owns a network of gas stations under the Shell brand in Ukraine), held by Shell International Company.

This decision confirms that the transaction complies with the requirements of the antimonopoly laws of Ukraine.

"This will allow the state-owned Company strengthening its position in the market to reliably meet the needs of the society and the Ukrainian Defence Forces," Sergii Koretsky, Director of PJSC "Ukrnafta" said.

"Ukrnafta will become the majority owner of the network of gas stations, which includes 118 operating stations and other property"
