Ukrnafta systematically improves working conditions. In 2025, one of the company’s key priorities is renewing vehicles, specialised machinery and welfare infrastructure for its production teams.

A total of 169 units of new equipment and transport are already in operation across regional divisions.

This includes lorries, bulldozers, low loaders, road tankers, methanol tankers, steam heating units, staff shuttle buses and other critical machinery needed to keep production and the gas station network running continuously.

Overall, since 2023 the company has renewed more than 700 units of equipment, which has already delivered a measurable uplift in production performance.

“We are consistently replacing outdated machinery and transport. In 2026, we plan to bring in a further c.100 units of new equipment, including through leasing and grant arrangements,” said Bogdan Kukura, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ukrnafta”.

Employee safety and comfort come first:

∙ 32 mobile shelters have been installed.

∙ 140 site cabins — some of them in service for as long as 48 years — have been replaced with new units.

∙ Personal protective equipment, as well as furniture, lockers and refrigerators, has been upgraded.

∙ Repairs have been carried out at regional units.

Upgrading working conditions and technical infrastructure will remain one of the company’s priorities for 2026, because efficiency starts with safety, comfort and modern equipment.
