PJSC “Ukrnafta” has begun a construction of a new well in the North-East of Ukraine.
Drilling is performed with its own rig.
“The well is planned as an exploration well. The projected depth of the facility is 3,314 meters. The goal is to reach the productive horizons of the Viséan deposits”, said Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA.
The construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2024.
At the same time, another in-house rig for drilling a new well is being installed in western Ukraine.
